Import Your Connections
The first step to getting started with RealConnectPro is importing your existing contacts. This will help you build your database and start managing your relationships effectively.
How to Import:
- 1. Navigate to the Connections page
- 2. Click "Import Connections" in the top right
- 3. Select CSV, Excel, or Text file
- 4. Review connections in the preview table
- 5. Set ratings (1-5 stars) & groups
- 6. Click "Finish" to complete import
Required Fields:
- First Name Required
- Last Name Optional
- Email Address Optional
- Mobile Phone Optional
Tips for Success:
- Ensure file headers are properly labeled
- Remove special formatting or weird symbols
- Look for duplicate entries before importing
- Keep a local backup copy of your data file
